As a Lawyer and Team Leader, you will be forming a new team where you will manage your own portfolio of personal injury matters (a mixture of Workcover, Motor Vehicle and PIPA matters), with the support of a Paralegal and a Secretary.You would be responsible for:Converting and retaining new enquiriesManaging files professionally, proactively and efficientlyProviding transparent, expert legal advice to clientsLiaising with barristers, insurers, medical professionals and other key stakeholdersRepresenting clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, or court processes as requiredProviding monthly reports to managementDelivering exceptional client serviceThis newly created role is based in our Brisbane CBD office.
