If you thrive outdoors, care about the environment, and enjoy working in a team that makes a real impact — this could be your next move.What you'll be doing:You'll work across diverse South East Queensland landscapes, from coastal corridors to urban bushland, restoring native ecosystems and tackling environmental weeds.
Every day is different: you might be planting native species, managing weed infestations, maintaining habitat corridors, or supporting large-scale restoration projects.Our crews start and finish each day at our Stapylton depot, heading out to sites in company vehicles.What we're looking for:A strong work ethic and physical fitness for active outdoor workSome knowledge of SEQ native and weed speciesExperience in weed control techniques, including safe chemical applicationPractical skills using power tools (e.g. augers, hedge trimmers,



brushcutters)White Card (Construction Safety Card)A current driver's licence and reliable transport to get to baseA commitment to working safely and protecting the environmentCertificate III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or currently studying)ACDC LicenceChainsaw ticketManual or MR/HR licenceFirst Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)We value our people and provide secure, full-time employment (part‐time and casual options also available).
