Founded in **** in Victoria, Underground Experts is a new, exciting, and extremely driven pipeline renewals company specialising in CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) comprised of management who have a wealth of knowledge and a ton of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
We are shaking things up in the industry and are armed with decades of combined experience within our leadership team.
The Opportunity
Join our field crews on a permanent full time basis.
We are actively searching for the following roles to expand our team:
Labourerswith HR License
This is a travelling role.
You will be working away from home most of the time.
Your dedication and strong work ethic will be met with a competitive remuneration package that is above award.




We offer a unique 14 days on 7 days off roster that will have you enjoying extra days off annually, reflecting our dedication to fostering a healthy work-life balance.
For those seeking more opportunities, there are options for overtime work.
Starting salary ranging from $85k to $100K depending on pipe re-lining experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Driving vehicles (HR/MR) to and from site
Site preparation and take down
Repair and relining of sewer and storm water pipes including flow management, CCTV, cleaning and assessments, cutting junctions and sealing
Conducting confined space entry
Prioritising Health & Safety protocols
HR License or MR Drivers License at a minimum.
Valid, full (unrestricted)
Able to work away from home for 2 weeks at a time across NSW and interstate
OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card) required
Confined Space Entry is desirable but not essential (training provided)
Strong work ethic with a growth and learning mindset
Physically fit enough to do some heavy lifting with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Previous pipe re-lining/Pipeline rehabilitation experience highly regarded
