coaching and operational support across a group of veterinary hospitals throughout the Gold Coast region.
Working closely with the Gold Coast Regional Clinic Director and Gold Coast Regional Head Nurse you'll help create thriving clinics that deliver outstanding patient care, team engagement and commercial performance.
You'll balance strategic thinking with hands‐on leadership, supporting clinics to achieve sustainable growth while fostering positive, high‐performing cultures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and support a portfolio of Practice Managers and Veterinary DirectorsDrive clinic performance through strong operational leadership and commercial acumenPartner with clinic leaders to develop and execute local growth strategiesAnalyse financial and operational performance to identify opportunities and deliver resultsSupport recruitment, retention and succession planning initiativesChampion a positive team experience that attracts and retains exceptional veterinary professionalsCollaborate with Recruitment, Marketing, HR, Finance and IT teams to support clinic successBuild strong relationships across the region and promote a culture of accountability, care and continuous improvementSupport business planning,
