NDIS Auditor (Contractor) – Australia Wide
Intertek SAI Global is seeking Accredited NDIS Auditors across all Australian states and territories to join our national contractor network.

About the Role
As an NDIS Auditor, you'll conduct audits against the NDIS Practice Standards and other applicable standards, helping providers demonstrate compliance while identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
Working independently while supported by our experienced national team, you'll manage your own audit assignments and build strong relationships with clients across the health, disability and human services sectors.
Audit work is allocated based on your location and availability, with travel required within your region and, where appropriate, interstate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct NDIS certification, surveillance and verification audits in accordance with NDIS Commission requirements.
Plan, prepare and complete audits to required quality and accreditation standards.
Produce clear, accurate and timely audit reports.
Maintain technical integrity and consistency throughout the audit process.
Build trusted relationships with clients while maintaining independence and impartiality.
Apply industry best practice and operational improvement principles throughout the audit process.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients before, during and after audits.
Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements and internal quality procedures.
About You
We're looking for experienced professionals who have:
Current NDIS Auditor approval with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, disability services and relevant legislation.
An understanding of the diversity of disability and human services and how this influences management systems and service delivery.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with everyone from frontline staff through to executive leadership.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
A commitment to professionalism, integrity and high-quality auditing.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, you'll have:
NDIS Auditor Training Accreditation.
Bachelor Degree and/or significant auditing experience within disability, healthcare or human services.
Diploma in Auditing (or equivalent).
Module 1 Certified Nurse qualification (highly regarded).
Experience auditing across multiple sectors or standards.
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems (advantageous).
