About the Chance
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Trade Counter Representative to join a respected business supplying quality building materials to builders, contractors, tradespeople and commercial customers.
This position offers a diverse mix of responsibilities, combining customer service, trade counter sales, order processing and administrative support.
You'll become the first point of contact for customers, providing professional advice, processing orders accurately,



and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcome customers at the trade counter and provide exceptional face-to-face service.
Answer incoming phone enquiries and respond to customer emails professionally.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions.
Build strong relationships with trade customers and key accounts.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare quotations and follow up outstanding opportunities.
Resolve customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
