As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our hardware store.What you'll be doingAssisting customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experienceStocking shelves, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring products are available and easily accessibleProcessing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, cards, and returnsActively contributing to the team's efforts to achieve sales targets and KPIsParticipating in inventory management and stock control tasks as requiredDemonstrating a commitment to safety and following all company policies and proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industryStrong phone, face to face communication and interpersonal skills,
