This is a Full Timeposition with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.A Day in the Life:Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.Create a fun, safe and inclusive setting for both your team and customers.Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.What You'll Bring:Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.A positive,
