Experienced graduate architect / assistant project managerWe are seeking an Experienced Graduate Architect / Client-Side Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in high-end residential projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects — from concept design through to construction completion.
You will act as the client representative, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Approximately two-thirds of your time will be spent in-office, with the remaining one-third on site visits.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to concept and schematic design, ensuring design intent aligns with client requirementsAssist in preparing detailed construction drawings and specificationsEnsure that all project designs maintain high standards of quality and innovationProject Management & CoordinationDevelop project briefs and scope of works for design and construction stagesLiaise with high-end residential clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth progressCoordinate design and documentation deliverables to meet project milestonesAct as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries, ensuring timely follow-upAssist in preparing tender documentation, evaluating bids, and awarding contractsOversee contract administration, including RFI responses, variation assessments, and progress claimsPerform superintendent duties, ensuring compliance with contract documents, budget, and scheduleSite Management & Quality ControlConduct regular site visits (approximately one-third of the role)



to monitor construction quality and progressCoordinate with contractors and trades to resolve technical issues and maintain design integrityEnforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-siteClient & Stakeholder EngagementManage stakeholder expectations, providing regular project updates and reportsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractorsPresent design proposals and solutions effectively, in both English and Chinese (preferred)Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldDemonstrated knowledge of local building codes and regulationsExperience:2–5 years of post-graduate experience in architecture, project coordination, or related rolesProven experience working on high-end residential projectsSkills & Attributes:Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (highly preferred)Solid design sensibility and attention to detailExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsFamiliarity with contract administration and superintendent responsibilitiesProficiency in design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on prestigious, high-end residential projects from concept to completionCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive remuneration package commensurate with experienceProfessional growth through exposure to the full project life cyclePotential for bilingual skill utilization and enhancement
