selectability - mental wellbeing and suicide prevention – Townsville QLDFull timeWe're looking for an experienced and values‐driven People & Culture Coordinator to play a key specialist role in strengthening selectability's workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.Operating under limited direction, this role will lead people‐focused projects, workforce planning initiatives and continuous improvement activities that directly support service delivery across disability, child safety and aged care programs.This is a hands‐on specialist role for someone who enjoys translating strategy into action, working closely with leaders, and using data, systems and sound judgement to improve workforce outcomes.What you'll be doingLead and deliver significant People & Culture projects aligned to organisational prioritiesDevelop and implement workforce planning frameworks to support growth, sustainability and capabilityAnalyse workforce data and trends to inform strategic and operational decision‐makingProvide expert People & Culture advice to leaders on workforce strategy, organisational design and workforce optimisationDevelop, review and implement People & Culture policies, procedures and frameworksOversee and improve People & Culture systems and processes, including HRIS governance and reportingContribute to organisational governance and workforce risk managementProvide specialist guidance and support to People & Culture team members and stakeholdersAbout youYou're a confident People & Culture specialist who enjoys working autonomously while partnering closely with leaders.
You're comfortable leading projects, analysing data, and influencing outcomes in a values‐driven, service‐based organisation.You'll bring:Strong experience in senior HR advisory or specialist rolesProven capability in workforce planning,



projects and continuous improvementSound judgement and the ability to operate with delegated authorityStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsClear, professional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA genuine commitment to values‐based, person‐centred organisationsEssential requirementsTo be successful, you'll need:A degree in Human Resources, Business, Law or a related discipline (highly desirable)Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex projects and initiativesStrong capability in workforce planning, data analysis and reportingProven experience developing and implementing People & Culture frameworks and systemsSound understanding of employment legislation and the Fair Work ActChild Safety & Personal History Screening checkWorking with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or ability to obtain)Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You"Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out‐of‐hours work and regional travelWhy join selectability?
