The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for delivering a variety of remedial building projects across Sydney, working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and Senior Leadership Team who are committed to helping you succeed.
Projects include:
Concrete repair & concrete cancer remediation
Waterproofing systems
Balcony remediation & upgrades
Structural strengthening & repair
Cladding replacement
Building refurbishment & remediation works
What's On Offer?
$160,000 - $230,000 + Super (negotiable based on remedial building experience)
Company vehicle or car allowance
Fuel card & tolls

About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have builder-side remedial building experience and are passionate about developing their careers.
You may be:
A Project Manager with remedial building experience looking to join a larger, more established contractor.
A Junior or Intermediate Project Manager wanting greater project exposure, mentoring and career progression.
An experienced Remedial Site Manager or Supervisor from a carpentry or trade background looking to move into project management.
Ideally you'll have experience delivering some of the following:
Concrete repair
Concrete cancer remediation
Waterproofing
Structural repairs
Cladding replacement
Façade remediation
Building restoration projects
You'll also possess:
Strong communication and leadership skills
The ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
A positive, proactive attitude and genuine desire to grow your career
Relevant construction qualifications (preferred but not essential for trade-qualified candidates)
