You will assist with delivering best practice clinical care and support that enhances the health and wellbeing of our residents.
In addition, you will:Provide a wide range of personal care services and have proven clinical skills in assessments, observations, wound and continence managementPractice a duty of care,



and promote personal safety and risk managementAdhere to policies and procedures regarding resident charting and documentationWe have a Part time and Full PM shift available from Mon-Sun .
