Qualified Certificate 3 and or Diploma Qualified EducatorAnnangrove Preschool Kindergarten is seeking a Qualified Certificate 3 and/or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dedicated childcare team.
This is a part time position based in Annangrove NSW ****.
In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, educational environment where children can learn, grow and develop during their early years.
Your expertise and passion for early childhood education will directly contribute to the wellbeing and development of the children in our care, whilst supporting families in our community.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and play-based experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical developmentProvide direct care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety, health and wellbeing at all timesBuild positive relationships with children and families, fostering open communication and trustMaintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment that meets all relevant childcare standards and regulationsObserve and document children's progress, identifying developmental milestones and areas for supportWork collaboratively with other educators and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care deliverySupport children's transitions throughout the day and manage routines including meals, rest times and hygiene practicesRespond sensitively to children's emotional needs and help develop their social skills and resilienceMaintain compliance with early childhood education frameworks, policies and proceduresWhat we're looking forCurrent Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)Current First Aid and CPR certification appropriate for childcare settingsWorking knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
