Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to take full responsibility for our factory operations.About the RoleThis is a key leadership role within the business.
You will be managing daily production while also being involved on the floor when needed.
We are looking for someone practical, organised, and detail-oriented who can ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily factory operationsPlan and schedule jobs to meet deadlinesLead, supervise, and support a team of approx.
20 staffEnsure product quality and minimise errors and reworkCommunicate with clients regarding job progress, timelines, and issuesCoordinate closely with office and installation teamsMonitor job progress, materials, and stock levelsImprove workflow efficiency and production processesMaintain a secure, clean, and well-organised factoryAssist with basic cost tracking,



invoicing support, and simple accounting tasksSkills & ExperienceProven experience in stone benchtops / stone masonry / cabinetry or similar manufacturing industryPrevious experience as a Production Manager or SupervisorStrong leadership skills with a hands-on approachHigh level of responsibility and attention to detailGood communication skills, including client-facing experienceBasic accounting knowledge(cost control, invoicing, or job costing)Good computer skills (Excel, job scheduling systems; CAD highly regarded)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHighly RegardedExperience in the Australian stone industryAbility to speak MandarinWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $90K – $110K + SuperLong-term, stable full-time positionSupportive and friendly team environmentGrowing business with real career progressionOpportunity to play a key role in company operations
