Guided by respect and inclusion, we provide high-quality aged care and community services to enhance wellbeing and quality of life for all.About the RoleThe Service Delivery Lead – Allied Health & Funding provides leadership and coordination to support the delivery of high-quality services under the Support at Home Program.
The role is responsible for leading community partners, procurement, interpreting and implementing allied health recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards.Oversee budgeting,



purchasing and procurement to support financial sustainabilityReview and coordinate allied health assessments and recommendationsManage the sourcing of equipment, assistive technology, home modifications and funded supportsCollaborate with allied health professionals, care teams, clients and representatives to achieve positive outcomesBuild and maintain strong relationships with community partners, providers and key stakeholdersLead service delivery within the Support at Home Program, ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirementsSupport aged care reforms and identify opportunities for service innovation and improvementProvide leadership and support to team members creating a positive and high‐performing culture.About YouLeadership experience within aged care, community services, health, disability or a related sectorA robust understanding of allied health services, assessments and recommendationsExperience coordinating care supports, equipment, assistive technology and service providersKnowledge of funding, procurement, budgeting and resource management processesStrong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skillsExcellent organisational, problem‐solving and decision‐making capabilitiesExperience with Support at Home, Home Care Packages or broader aged care services will be highly regardedWhy Join UsBe part of a values‐driven organisation making a real differenceWork in a collaborative, supportive environmentEnjoy autonomy, variety and meaningful community impactContribute to exciting growth and sector innovationApplicants must have the right to live and work in Australia.
