You will manage staff, oversee fleet performance and ensure safe, compliant service delivery on shifts starting early mornings.This hands-on leadership role requires 3+ years in heavy vehicle logistics, valid HR/HC and forklift licences, and a solid grasp of HVNL, CoR and WHS.
You'll drive toolbox talks, audits and continuous improvement with a focused operations team.
