What You'll Be Responsible For
Reporting to the Head of Reservations and based at our Head Office in The Rocks, you will:
Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands
Deliver confident, warm, and polished guest communication via phone and email
Build and maintain detailed guest profiles within SevenRooms
Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders in partnership with venue teams
Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events
Partner closely with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Has previous experience in a reservations role within restaurants, events or hotels
Is highly confident and articulate on the phone, with exceptional verbal communication skills
Understands that every guest interaction contributes to brand reputation
Has meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and priorities
Has experience with booking systems (Seven Rooms highly regarded)
