Pace Farm is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to connect farming and maintenance teams across NSW and ACT.
You'll assess maintenance needs, organise resources, and drive preventative maintenance at site level.Reporting to the National Maintenance Manager, you'll manage day-to-day maintenance activities and support improvement projects while travelling regularly to farms.
A trades background and solid interpersonal skills are essential.
