You must genuinely love engaging with guests, making them feel valued, cared for, and truly experiencing the heart of hospitality!
In this 'hands on' role you will be rostered across 5 days (including a half day admin day) to support our Venue Manager in daily operations and will:Follow standard procedures (around Restaurant/Functions operations including open/close and supervising staff and their breaks) as well as hands on F&B; serviceEnjoy meeting and greeting and building great relationships with guests to create the "fun experiences".




Interact with guests to seek feedback to understand our successes as well as personally handling any guest complaints in a positive mannerCoach and guide team members to deliver amazing service and quality standards and work closely with the Venue Manager, Executive Chef, other Supervisors and kitchen team to ensure a seamless operation throughout pass, bar and food service.Manage key elements including training, inductions, upskilling, mentoring, probation reviews and performance management of staff as requiredIdentify opportunities to upsell and create revenue generating opportunities and ensure staffing levels and wage costs are managedAbout YouPrevious Restaurant Management experienceA friendly and enthusiastic nature, you will enjoy working hands on interacting with guests and working closely with our teamAbility to coach and lead staff in daily operations across our venueExcellent communication skills to consult with and provide support to the Restaurant Manager and teamHave a positive and proactive 'can do' attitude and ability to make a differenceGreat presentation, time management and attention to detail.Current RSA essentialFlexibility to work across a 7-day week operationWhy work with us?
