We're Hiring: Project Management / Corporate Strategy Associate Employment Type: Full time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-LevelWe are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented Project Management / Corporate Strategy Associate to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional project execution.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who is passionate about driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities.
Analyze business performance, operational data, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare business cases, strategic reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Identify business improvement opportunities and recommend process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic planning and transformation projects.
Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.




Support change management, operational planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in project management, corporate strategy, consulting, business analysis, operations, or related fields is preferred.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Good command of English communication skills.
