You will work alongside the Head of P&C; to drive critical strategic projects that directly shape the employee experience and organisational maturity.Team Leadership & Operations: Lead, coach, and develop a growing P&C; team, fostering a supportive environment and ensuring smooth, efficient HR service delivery across the business.Strategic HR Projects: Partner with the Head of P&C; to deliver core strategic initiatives, including the roll-out of a compelling EVP, HRIS integration, performance frameworks,



and succession planning.Employee Relations & Compliance: Apply your strong understanding of Australian employment law to ensure robust compliance, practical risk management, and sound HR process governance.Generalist Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle across your Head Office portfolio, partnering with leaders and offering pragmatic advice and support across performance management, talent retention, and employee engagement.Change Guidance: Support business leaders through ongoing change and scaling, translating high-level strategy into practical, business-aligned P&C; solutions.About YouYou are a seasoned P&C; Manager or Senior HR Business Partner looking to step into a leadership role.
