This role is ideal for someone early in their customer service career who's keen to learn, grow, and gain hands‐on experience in the apparel and dye‐sub industry.If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast‐paced environment, and being part of a supportive team — we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from enquiry to delivery.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and qualified mannerProviding clear and accurate information about products, orders, and processesProcessing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accuratelyMaintaining and updating customer records in our systemsLiaising with internal teams (sales, production, logistics)



to resolve customer queriesAssisting with general administrative tasks as requiredHandling customer concerns and complaints with a solution-focused approachLearning our dye-sublimation products and processes to confidently support customersIdentifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.You'll ideally have:Customer service or administration experienceStrong communication skills with a positive, can‐do attitudeHigh attention to detail with basic data entry skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a rapid‐paced environmentConfidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicFull working rights in Australia.Ability to work 5 days per week during standard business hours (8:30am–5:00pm).
