We'relooking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a genuine 360-degree recruitment role whereyou'llmanage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate placement and onboarding.You will have the autonomy to build and grow your desk while being supported by experienced Directors and a collaborative team.
About the Role
Developing new business opportunities within the Financial Services sectorManaging end-to-end recruitment assignments from job brief through to placement and onboardingBuilding andmaintaininglong-term relationships with clients and candidatesDeveloping new business opportunities within the Financial Services sector.Leveraging and expanding your existing network and market relationshipsSourcing, interviewing and qualifying high-calibrecandidates.Writing compelling job advertisements and candidate profilesManaging the interview process and providing exceptional candidate care.
Conducting reference checks,



offer management and salary negotiationsMaintainingaccuraterecruitment administration and database recordsDelivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
About You
Current Australian recruitment agency experience (essential), ideally in Financial ServicesProven success working in a 360-degree recruitment environmentExisting relationships within the Financial Services market and the ability toleverageand grow a client networkStrong business development and client management skillsA consultative,professionaland relationship-driven approachExcellent communication,influencingand negotiation skillsA high levelof motivation,resilienceand accountabilityStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team
