This standalone role leads end-to-end land transactions, manages property registers and contracts, and supports Council's legal responsibilities for Crown Land and Native Title.The Ground You'll CoverManage Crown Land, Native Title, and Aboriginal Land Claims in compliance with legislationPrepare and maintain management plans for Council-owned and managed landsCoordinate leases, licences, permits, and agreements across Council propertiesLead acquisitions and disposals to support capital and operational needsProvide internal advisory services on land use, conveyancing, and property lawThe Qualities That Set You ApartTertiary qualifications in Land Economics, Property, Town Planning, Business, Legal Studies or related fieldDemonstrated experience with Crown Land, Native Title,
