About the Role
As a member of our Kitchen Stewarding team, you'll get be responsible for cleaning and maintaining stores, kitchen equipment and upholding hygienic standards and practices.
your passion for cleanliness and hygiene will be critical in supporting our Culinary and Restaurants & Bars team to deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction.
You'll partner with them to ensure health, hygiene and food safety.
In addition, you will focus on keeping the stores area clean and tidy and receive and distribute goods as they arrive.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Keep kitchens, cooking equipment, cutlery/crockery and storage areas clean and well-stocked.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling rules.
Use kitchen cleaning equipment such as dishwaters, chemicals and trolleys in a safe manner following all procedures.
Work as a team and communicate clearly
Plan and organise your daily tasks for best productivity.
Help with food prep when needed and maintain equipment.
Support F&B; and other departments when needed.
Report hazards and support eco-friendly practices.
What we need from you
Must have valid unrestricted work rights in Australia to apply for this role (sponsorship is not possible).




Experience working in as a kitchenhand / in a stewarding workplace multiple food & beverage outlets.
Great communication skills, with the ability to provide understand directions and follow procedures within stewarding
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
The ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 30 kilogramssafely
Look smart – wear your uniform with pride, maintain good hygiene standards and presentation.
