About the role
As a 4WD Central Retail Sales Consultant in Townsville , you will play a pivotal role in the success of our thriving 4WD sales team.
This full-time position will see you engaging with customers, demonstrating our vehicles, and guiding them through the purchasing process to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect 4WD vehicle
Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our 4WD range
Expertly guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our 4WD inventory, pricing, and promotions
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
A passion for 4WD vehicles and the ability to articulate their features and benefits
Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert sales opportunities
