No previous automotive sales experience is required — we're looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping customers.If you're confident, enjoy talking to people, and are motivated by earning potential, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in the automotive industry.What You'll Be DoingLearn the sales process from experienced professionals.Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget.Build robust relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.Respond to phone, online and walk-in enquiries.Learn about our vehicle range, finance and warranty options.Assist with vehicle presentations and deliveries.Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure an outstanding experience.Work towards individual and team sales goals.Be part of a positive,



supportive and family-oriented team.What We're Looking ForA positive attitude and willingness to learn.Confidence speaking with people from all walks of life.Strong communication and customer service skills.Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.Reliable, honest and professional.Current manual driver's licence.Current Queensland Motor Sales Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
