This is a pernamaent role, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with the opportunity to grow to 5 days
Your New Role:
Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.
Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.
Establish solid relationships and partnerships with children and families.




Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.
About You:
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
Hold a current Blue Card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
