You will play an important role in promoting residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, residents, and families.Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.Comply with organisational policies, aged care standards,



and infection prevention and control procedures.What We're Looking ForCurrent registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
