With a Q****** Australian and Recent Zealand market launch, the brand occupies a genuine
white space — above the volume Chinese entrants, below the traditional luxury set —
anchored by the "Born to Play" brand spirit and powered by REEV technology that removes
the last barrier to going electric.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Retail & Studio Lead will be responsible for bringing the iCAUR brand to life physically
across showrooms, studios and the dealer network, ensuring every customer touchpoint
reflects the brand's premium positioning and platform.
This is an opportunity to build a retail experience from the ground up — from presentation




standards through to merchandising and accessory display — as iCAUR establishes its
physical presence in the Australian market ahead of launch.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the role combines an eye for visual detail
with the operational discipline to maintain consistent standards across every location
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the retail brand experience across showrooms, studios and dealer locations —
including visual merchandising, vehicle presentation, accessory display, signage and store
design — ensuring consistency with brand guidelines at every touchpoint
Partner with the Brand & Content Lead to translate brand and product narratives into
physical retail environments
Design and deliver a customer experience in showrooms and studios that reflects the
brand's premium positioning, from arrival through to test drive and purchase
Conduct regular site audits across the network to ensure brand, presentation and
experience standards are consistently upheld
Support dealer partners on an ongoing basis — from day-to-day retail queries and events
through to new showroom or studio openings, planning and brand compliance
Work with dealer teams to understand walk-in traffic, foot traffic and in-store conversion,
using these insights to continuously improve the retail experience
Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into stores, working with the CRM function to
connect digital demand with in-store conversion
REQUIREMENTS
Automotive industry experience is essential, ideally across showroom, studio or dealer
Solid Australian retail marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the local
Strong visual merchandising skills, with an eye for detail and consistency across multiple
locations
Experience managing fit-outs, presentation standards or retail rollouts
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including dealers, landlords and contractors
Comfortable working across multiple locations with regular travel as required
A tertiary qualification in marketing, retail management or a related field.
