We are seeking a People Services & Rostering Coordinator to join a medium size Early Childhood Provider's Support Office team and play a key role in supporting their employees throughout their employment journey.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HR, recruitment, workforce coordination, administration, rostering, or employee support who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Workforce & People & Culture, you will provide accurate, timely and confidential support across a range of People & Culture functions, including:Employee onboarding and offboardingEmployment contracts and employment changesCompliance tracking and workforce records managementRecruitment administrationCasual workforce coordination and roster supportReturn-to-work and workers compensation administrationReporting and workforce data managementSupporting leaders and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries$70,******,000 salary offeredYou will work closely with operational leaders, recruitment, payroll and centre teams to ensure workforce processes are efficient, compliant and employee-focused.What You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Workforce Coordination, Rostering, Administration or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with HR, payroll, rostering or recruitment systemsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA professional, confidential and service-focused approachStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetDesirable QualificationsCertificate, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education or a related fieldWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current driver's licence (desirable)Child Safety CommitmentAll applicants will be subject to relevant child safety screening and compliance requirements.If you're looking for an opportunity to build your People & Culture career within a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
