You'll manage customer orders, walk-in enquiries, and pickups, while working closely with our production team to keep things running smoothly.Hours: 7am–3pm — a excellent fit if you're looking for school-hours-friendly, structured shifts.What you'll do:Greet customers and manage the retail/collection counterTake and process cake orders (phone, email, in-person)Coordinate order timing with the bakery teamHandle payments, invoicing, and basic adminSupport with light merchandising and display of finished cakesAssist with simple decorating and finishing touches when neededWhat we're looking for:Excellent customer service and communication skillsSome baking or cake decorating experience or genuine interest (formal training a bonus, not essential)Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
