Clark Equipment is looking for a customer centric product support person with high attention to detail to join the Aftermarket Support Team.Located in the Hornsby head office the successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting equipment used in the Construction, Material Handling andAgricultural industries.Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, is a leading distributor of Capital Equipment with operations nationally.Reporting to the AM Support Team Supervisor responsibilities will include:Attending to branch and dealer enquiries, including (but not limited to)



freight enquiries/expediting & providing spare parts information.General administration and housekeeping.Assisting with order processing and warehouse stock auditsIncludes on the job training tobecome familiar with the tools used to support a variety of products/brands.In office parking & close to public transportWorking as part of a friendly teamThe successful candidate will ideally have:Mechanical aptitude or equipment/machinery knowledge.Spare Parts interpretation, sales and customer service experience.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a similar position or within the industry is desirable, but not essential.If you believe you have the right attributes & experience to be a valuable member of our team, we would like to hear from you.
