Join WWC to be part of a company dedicated to being the best and bringing out the best in our team.The Opportunity:Key Responsibilities:Review scopes and reports provided by our insurance partners and generate competitive desktop tenders and estimates.For successful tenders, effectively plan, schedule, allocate, and supervise trades and repairs remotely, delivering high-quality and timely outcomes.Conduct timely reviews of completed make safes for compliance and quality, and, where compliant, create invoices for submission.Build and maintain strong and mutually beneficial supplier relationships across our trade base, fostering quality, collaboration and rapport.Ensure quality standards and cost management are consistently maintained.Consistently meet or exceed client KPIs.Customer Service:Excellent proactive and honest communications, time managment and prioritisation skills to deliver superior service outcomes.Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.What is Essential:Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred)Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations,
