On Princes Highway and just a short walk from Rockdale Station, we're known for our no-nonsense approach to good food, good drinks, and good times.About the RoleThe Gaming Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the gaming room to ensure the highest standard of guest experience, compliance and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures,



including cash control and compliance.Demonstrate solid attention to detail and effective communication skills.Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.The Successful Applicant WillEssential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency CardsBe a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex tradeHands on approach in your leadership and managementA friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skillsA passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the companyPlease note this role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
