The Role:
Great opportunity to join a leading global commercial cleaning company. Reporting to a supportive Regional Manager your typical day will involve:
Making warm outbound calls to businesses and customers
Scheduling appointment times for the Business Development Managers and the sales team
Ad hoc administration duties as required

About YOU:
Previous appointment setting, sales support or outbound sales experience highly regarded




Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport over the telephone
Good computer skills including MS Office and experience using a CRM is highly regarded
A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and part of a small team
