APG Workforce are currently seeking a Customer Research Operations Officer for a fantastic opportunity within a well-established organisation, working within a high-performing Customer Direction & Experience team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–5 years experience looking to step into a dynamic role supporting customer research operations and procurement processes.
About the Role
Support customer research projects and operational delivery
Assist with procurement processes and vendor coordination
Work closely with internal stakeholders across business units
Ensure smooth execution of research activities and reporting
Maintain systems and documentation accuracy
Key Requirements
2–5 years relevant experience in a similar role
Experience with SAP (Ariba highly regarded)
Solid organisational and stakeholder management skills




High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Government experience beneficial but not essential
Police Check
Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
Monday: CBD office (or Redfern while the CBD office is under renovation)
Tuesday: Parramatta office
Third office day: Your choice of CBD/Redfern or Parramatta
Remaining 2 days: Work from home (or from the office if preferred)
