Facility Manager | Aged Care | Manly Vale Hardi Aged Care Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Facility Manager to lead operations at our Manly Vale facility.
This is a permanent full-time leadership opportunity to drive excellence in care delivery, compliance, and resident experience within a values-driven organisation.
About Us Hardi Aged Care is a family-owned organisation operating six residential aged care homes across Greater Sydney, supporting approximately 700 residents in warm, home-like environments.
Our locations include Blacktown, Guildford, Manly Vale, Penrith, Seven Hills and Summer Hill.

About the Role As Facility Manager, you will provide robust operational and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant care services.
You will be accountable for the overall performance of the home, including quality outcomes, financial sustainability, workforce capability, and resident satisfaction.
You will play a critical role in embedding a culture aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards, strengthened regulatory expectations, and best practice care models.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring excellence in clinical and non-clinical service delivery Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and all relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements Foster a culture of safety, dignity, and respect,
ensuring a strong focus on resident rights and person-centred care Provide effective leadership, coaching, and development of multidisciplinary teams Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and occupancy targets Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives, including quality indicators, audits, and risk management frameworks Ensure robust governance, incident management, and reporting systems are in place Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment in line with WHS and infection control standards Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, referrers, and the local community Promote the facility to support admissions and occupancy growth Skills & Experience Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care at Facility Manager or senior leadership level Strong knowledge and practical application of the Aged Care Quality Standards and current regulatory environment Proven experience in accreditation, audits, and compliance management Exceptional people management and stakeholder engagement skills Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and occupancy management Experience driving continuous improvement and change management Sound understanding of WHS, risk management, and infection control High level documentation and reporting capability Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain) with no disclosable outcomes Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health Management, or related discipline (desirable) What We Offer Competitive salary package Supportive executive leadership team Ongoing professional development opportunities Opportunity to lead within a respected and growing organisation A workplace culture that values people, purpose, and quality care Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
