Work Health & Safety Coordinator | Part Time - 3 DaysAt HenCo Group, we believe great businesses are built on safe workplaces, great people and solid teamwork.We're looking for a proactive and organised Work Health & Safety Coordinator to help support our safety systems and compliance across Australia and New Zealand.This is a part-time role that works closely with our operational leaders and People & Culture team to ensure our WHS systems, processes and compliance activities run smoothly.
You'll be instrumental in helping us strengthen our safety culture while supporting leaders to meet their WHS responsibilities.What You'll Be DoingMaintaining our DoneSafe WHS platform and safety recordsCoordinating incident, hazard and near miss reportingScheduling workplace inspections, audits and corrective actionsMaintaining plant, equipment and compliance registersCoordinating WHS Committee meetings and recording minutesSupporting workplace inspections and safety initiativesMaintaining training records, licences and competenciesAssisting with SWMS, SOPs and risk assessmentsMonitoring legislative compliance and WHS documentationPreparing monthly WHS reports and KPI dashboardsSupporting leaders to meet their WHS obligationsWorking collaboratively with our People & Culture team on employee wellbeing, training and safety-related initiativesAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys getting things done, takes pride in being organised, and can build strong relationships across all levels of the business.Ideally,



you'll bringExperience in a WHS administration or WHS coordination roleKnowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent organisational and administrative skillsHigh attention to detailConfidence using Microsoft Office and business systemsThe ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, solutions-focused approach.
