An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join a large-scale global transformation program focused on reshaping Talent Acquisition processes, systems and ways of working.Working within a complex enterprise environment, you will partner with stakeholders across People, Technology, Finance and Procurement functions to deliver business-critical initiatives that will improve recruitment capability, optimise processes and enhance the employee and candidate experience globally.This role will suit a Business Analyst with strong HR transformation experience who enjoys stakeholder engagement, process improvement and delivering meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities will include:Engage with global stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirementsFacilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to identify opportunities and define future-state solutionsTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process documentationConduct process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessmentsSupport the design and implementation of recent systems, tools and process improvementsWork across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation programCollaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders and external vendorsSupport testing, training and change activities to ensure successful adoptionDevelop executive-level presentations,
