Who are we looking for?
As a Range Supervisor, you'll support the Venue Operations Manager with daily operations, lead the team on shift and help deliver a fun, welcoming guest experience across The Range.
Lead and support the team during shifts.
Maintain high service standards across the driving range, mini golf, clubhouse and events.
Support daily operations, including equipment, stock, guest flow and food and beverage service.
Promote a safe, positive and team-focused workplace.
What you'll bring to the role:
You'll be a natural people person with strong customer service skills and the confidence to lead a team in a busy, guest-focused environment.
You'll bring energy, initiative and a hands-on approach, along with experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar supervisory role.
Additionally, you'll ideally bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




The ability to work well in a fast-paced setting
A current Tasmanian RSA and RCG, or ability to obtain them prior to commencement
A current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Check, or willingness to obtain one
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Due to the requirement to hold an RCG for this position, applicants must be aged 18 years of age or over.
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
