Personal Care Support Worker – Female Client (Cerebral Palsy)

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and physically capable Support Worker to provide one-on-one care for a younger female client living with cerebral palsy.

This is a rewarding chance to make a genuine difference in someone's daily life while providing respectful, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Assisting with transfers and providing physical support, including occasional manual lifting (appropriate training and secure lifting techniques are essential).
Meal preparation and light household duties related to the client's care.
Community access and companionship.
Supporting the client's independence, wellbeing, and daily routines.

About You:
Caring, patient, and dependable.
Physically capable of assisting with transfers and occasional lifting.




Experience supporting people with disabilities is preferred but not essential for the right person.
A Filipino background would be welcomed, as the client is Filipino and shared cultural understanding may be beneficial, but this is not a requirement. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (if required), or willingness to obtain.
