We are seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our growing team. This role involves the maintenance, servicing, and repair of trailers and heavy vehicles within a busy transport workshop workplace.

Key Responsibilities and Job Description:
Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, and repairs on heavy vehicles and trailers
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Carry out computer diagnostics
Change tyres
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety requirements
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Work collaboratively with workshop staff and management to meet operational needs

Requirements:
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle or Commercial Trailer Servicing and Repairs (essential)




Proven experience in servicing and repairing heavy vehicles and trailers minimum of 2 years
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Strong diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and within a team workplace
Must have own tools

Desirable:
Forklift Licence
Working at Heights and EWP tickets
