Help clients achieve meaningful health outcomes through evidence-based care, with flexible work arrangements that support your wellbeing and professional success.Program Execution: Guiding clients through structured, prescribed exercise and stretching routines.Safety and Motivation: Providing in-clinic support so clients feel safe and encouraged while moving.Setup and Maintenance: Preparing therapy spaces, organising gym equipment, and cleaning up after sessions.Admin and Reporting: Documenting patient progress, reporting any changes directly to the AEP, and helping with schedulingKey Responsibilities to Administration and AHA level 4Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to in-person and over the phoneManage incoming calls, emails, voicemails, and appointment schedulingMaintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house, reception,



and kitchenetteSupport allied health professionals with administrative tasks including invoicing, data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing client filesPrepare appointment reminder messages and reschedule appointments as neededAssist in marketing efforts such as basic social media and content tasks (desirable)Ensure reception and clinical areas remain tidy and stocked throughout the dayOpen and manage our clinic software, emails, calendars, bookings, referrals and waitlistsGeneral admin tasks including managing bookings, cancellations, re-bookings, and gym sign-in sheetsBasic cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down equipment and surfaces, washing dishesEssential Skills and Qualifications - Administration and AHATAFE Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance (for AHA role)Proven experience in reception/admin, ideally in a medical or health-related settingExcellent written, literacy, verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, compassionate, and friendly approach to clients and colleaguesStrong computer literacy to Medical Practice Software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilitiesFirst Aid and CPR Certificate - CurrentWorking with Children/Bluecard - CurrentPolice Check Certificate - CurrentPolice Check Certificate must be obtained within the last 12 monthsHigh level of confidentiality and discretionBe an Australian CitizenNon-citizens with Australian work rights will be considered on a case-by-case basisDesirable Skills and ExperienceExperience with medical admin/reception systems (Splose highly regarded)Familiarity with Medicare, NDIS, Workcover, DVA, Private Health, and Insurance billingExperience in the Australian Health SystemUnderstanding of funding guidelines for allied health clientsRemuneration and BenefitsAward wage (commensurate with experience)Performance bonusesFree onsite parkingClose to local cafés and shopsDisability inclusive workplaceWork-life balance and flexibility
