You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, prioritising exceptional customer experiences, store standards and smooth shift execution.This hands-on role develops your leadership while guiding a team to deliver memorable service.
You will deliver warm, confident customer service, champion ACE behaviours, drive add-on sales and coordinate rosters, breaks and stock.
