The focus of this position is on working with Cat dealers to improve parts and service operations, influence business outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer support throughout the equipment lifecycle.What the Field Rep Program OffersA 12-week intensive onboarding and training experienceInternational exposure, including travel across Asia and Europe on learning tripsRotational assignments across key business functionsMentorship from experienced leaders and technical expertsWhat you will learn in the program:Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar's products, services, customers, and dealer networkDevelop technical, commercial, and professional skillsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across product development, dealer management, marketing,



and salesGain exposure to process improvement and operational excellence practiceRotational Assignments through various Caterpillar Divisions to
(i) develop industry and product application knowledge,
(ii) build a strong understanding of the Cat dealer network and
(iii) strengthen your capabilities for future roles within the organisation.Your Future RoleUpon successful completion of the program, you will have the chance to move into a field role, where you will:Partner with Cat dealers to improve parts and service operationsBuild dealer capability and drive process improvement initiativesExecute product support and aftermarket strategies that improve customer outcomesSupport customers by helping dealers solve operational and business challengesUse data and insights to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable solutionsAct as a trusted advisor to dealers, helping them improve performance and deliver exceptional customer experiencesWe're looking for candidates who:Hold a degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related disciplineHave experience managing or supporting projects, process improvement initiatives,



or operational improvementsAre strong communicators and relationship buildersEnjoy solving problems and working with dataDemonstrate a growth mindset and adaptabilityAre open to travel (up to 30%) and relocation within AustraliaMust have full working rightsYou may also have up to 3 years of experience in engineering, project management, operations, or change management.Additional InformationWhilst applicants will be considered from across Australia, you may be required to relocate upon completion of your developmental period.
