You will play a key role in supporting students after hours - not only responding to incidents but proactively contributing to a culture where students feel secure, respected, and supported.Our Commitment to Safety & Gender-Based Violence Prevention CONSTANT College maintain a zero-tolerance approach to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in all its forms - including physical, sexual, psychological, and economic harm.
In line with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence, all staff share responsibility to: Promote a safe and respectful environment Recognise and respond appropriately to concerning behaviours Support early intervention and escalation where required Important: As part of this role, candidates will be required to complete appropriate disclosures and screening in line with these obligations.Roster Line 1 - Over nights across 7 days a week on a perm basis Line Mon-FriKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a calm, approachable and professional presence within the residential communityBuild positive rapport with students through respectful and engaging interactionProvide after-hours wellbeing support and respond to student concernsConduct welfare-focused patrols (not enforcement-driven)Assist with lockouts, general enquiries,
