This role provides hands‐on leadership, overseeing a team of fitters while ensuring safe, efficient maintenance of underground mobile equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of underground fitters on shiftCarry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on heavy mobile mining equipmentCoordinate planned maintenance and breakdown response activitiesDiagnose faults and ensure timely, quality repairsAllocate work tasks and monitor team performanceEnsure all work is completed in line with site and statutory requirementsComplete maintenance reports, work orders,
