Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations relevant to the role.Knowledge of child protection legislation, mandatory reporting responsibilities and child-safe practices, including recognising and responding to concerns about the safety, wellbeing and rights of children.Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.Completed GEKKO training a mustIf you're looking for a preschool where relationships matter, children come first, and you'll be supported to grow as an educator, we'd love to hear from you.
