An innovative, quick-scaling SaaS business is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the ANZ region. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in solution-based selling and enjoys partnering with customers to solve complex business challenges.
Key responsibilities
Proactively identify, source, and pursue recent business opportunities
Lead qualification and discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
Deliver tailored, high-quality solution presentations
Nurture prospects through the full sales cycle
Own the end-to-end customer journey from initial engagement through to contract execution
Leverage modern, AI-driven sales and productivity tools
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Provide structured customer feedback to influence product direction
Contribute positively to team performance and company culture
About you
5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and target achievement
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Natural relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
Experience selling HRIS, HCM, HRMS, payroll, or related platforms highly regarded
